The National Federation of the Blind of Delaware State Convention is the largest gathering of blind people in the state. It is the premier event for training, support, and information for the blind community. It also serves as a governing body, democratically electing our leadership and establishing each year’s organizational priorities.

State Convention Registration and Payment

State Convention registration is $25. Check-in will begin at 8:30am, and the Convention will begin at 9:30am. Lunch is included with registration.

The Convention Banquet is $30. The Banquet will begin at 6pm and will be held in the same room as the Convention for ease of access. 

Rooms are available for anyone intending to stay at the hotel. Simply ask to be put in the NFBDE block to receive the Convention discount. The deadline for reserving a room is the same as the deadline to register for Convention: September 24th. PLEASE NOTE: Registration after the deadline will cost $30. Hotel rooms will cost full price if reserved after the deadline.
