2026 NFBDE Scholarship
The National Federation of the Blind believes in investing in the future by supporting the college education of legally blind students. We urge any qualified students interested to apply, for the possibility of winning a state scholarship.
Interested students have the opportunity to earn $1,000 in funding for college education. by applying below!

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Below are the eligibility requirements as well as the required documentation necessary.
1. Must be legally blind and/or low vision (optician or optometrist or ophthalmologist verification)
2. Must be a Delaware state resident (state issued ID or passport)
3. Must be either attending or enrolling in a 2 yr to 4 yr undergraduate program, graduate program, and/or trade school (high school and/or college transcript)
4. Must secure two non-related character recommendations (clergy, counselor, community leader, teacher, etc)
5. Must be able to attend the NFB Delaware State Convention on November 6, 2026 at the Hampton Inn in Middletown, DE
